  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification via E-mail once your order is shipped.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

    • Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within USA.

    • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Please email Info@Pearlcwen.com requesting for expedited shipping. Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

    • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time but this might change in near future.

     

     

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

     

    Packaging: Each piece is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and all orders include a protective pouch and elegant box, making them ready for gifting!

     

    Delays & Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

     

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. For lost packages, contact the carrier directly. While we are not liable for lost packages once shipped, we will do our best to help.

    Returns:                       

    •  Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.        

    •  Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.        

    Return Process:                       

    1. Contact Us: Email us at info@pearlcwen.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.        

    2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.        

    3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.        

     

    Exchanges:                      

    To exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on sending back your original item. Exchange shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.        

     

    Damaged or Defective Items:                       

    If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.        

     

    Important Notes:                        

    Gift Returns: If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you can exchange it for a store credit equal to the value of the gift.        

    Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive your item.
